TEP Services, LLC was founded in 2016 by Samuel Futch, who has over 22 years of professional, diverse experience and training. Federal police officer, from 2010-current. During this time with this agency, I was tasked to play an intricate role in the successful organization of a Tactical Response Team as the SWAT Commander. Prior experience came from 8+ years of local law enforcement working in one of the most dangerous cities in America. Of those years, 7 were spent on the city’s Police SWAT Team completing over 200 tactical missions, on the Street Crimes Unit, made hundreds of drug and warrant arrests, and spent hundreds of hours working DUI/DWI enforcement. Associates degree in Electronic Engineering with several years of managerial and technical experience. Throughout my law enforcement career, I have attended and successfully completed two, 2 federal and 1 local, law enforcement training academies, 4 Dignitary/Executive/High Risk Environment Protection courses, 2 Basic SWAT courses, and several other federal advanced courses, which all included hand to hand assault/counter-assault and advanced driving. From 2013-2014 I deployed to Afghanistan as team leader for Protective Detail Motorcade movements while overseas in hostile territory.

 I have received multiple instructor certifications to include: • National Rifle Association Instructor, Law Enforcement and Civilian  • American Heart Association 1st Aid/CPR/AED and Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor • STOP THE BLEED Instructor • TACMED Instructor • Federal LEO Firearms Instructor • Active Shooter Instructor • Less Than Lethal Weapon/Flash Sound Distraction Device Instructor • Maryland Wear and Carry, and HQL Instructor • Basic/Advanced Tactics Instructor • Rappel Master Instructor.

TEP provides risk management, operational services and training to government and commercial clients. We are a unique company that provides multi-platform firearms training, medical response training, armed/unarmed security training and qualifications, professional security, and consulting services to support our clients to protect persons, properties, and high valued assets.
